Join Dawn, your certified Integrative Breathwork facilitator, for a two-hour sacred journey of breath and transformation. In a circle of kindred souls, you’ll be gently guided through an immersive experience of conscious, connected breathing, where body, mind and spirit align.
Feel held by Dawn’s grounded and nurturing presence as you move through layers of sound, energy clearing, and intuitive body work. Together, these sacred tools create a ceremonial space for release, renewal, and awakening of your inner light.
No prior experience is necessary. Come as you are – and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.
